So this was a hard one to come up with a name for. My mom thought of a stained glass when she saw it, but the "stained glass" only appears on the tip, like a french tip, so there you go! This one isn't too hard, but you might want to practice drawing lines! (Yeah, I know, I need some practice too.)
The key to this design is really just choosing colors! I love teal, so I always go with teal, since I have the widest selection of blues and greens, and the white just made the colors pop a little. Enjoy the tutorial :)
1. Choose some base colors that match! Don't be afraid to take a risk, because you can MAKE the colors match by altering the french tip.. or maybe it'll look good clashy. Don't forget the base coat to protect your nails, then put on the base color, then draw some black lines across. If they're messy, it's okay, because you get a second chance later when you go over them again in step 3.
2. Use the colors that you used for base colors + some other colors for the glass part of the "stained glass". I prefer using brighter colors, so I added in yellow and mint green.
3. Redraw the horizontal black line, try to be as straight as possible! And draw in vertical lines to straighten out the colors.
4. Draw a fun design on your ring finger! Of it you want to do stained glass tips for all of them, do that!
5. LET IT DRY, then use top coat. Sech Vite <3 smoothed out all the bumps. But I did it too early, so the black got smudged :( Guys, learn from my mistakes.
